How this site makes money

Short version: we designed everything we recommend, and we earn when it sells.

Designer earnings

Every design on this site is our own work, sold through Redbubble and TeePublic. When you buy one, we earn a designer margin set by those marketplaces. That's the case whether you arrive through this site or find the design on the marketplace directly.

That's the material connection worth knowing about when you read a gift guide here: these aren't neutral recommendations of other people's products. They're our own catalogue, arranged by who we think each design suits.

No affiliate commission

We're not part of any affiliate programme, so the links here don't pay a referral fee on top. If that changes, this page will say so before the links do.

What this doesn't change

Both marketplaces pay a similar rate, so there's no incentive to steer you toward one over the other. Which one is better for you depends on shipping and pricing in your country, which is why product pages here link to both rather than picking for you.

Where a guide mentions something we don't make, it's because it genuinely belongs on the list.

Tracking

Outbound links carry UTM parameters so we can tell which pages are useful. We don't run advertising trackers or sell data. Once you land on a marketplace, that site's own privacy policy applies.
